I had a skin review with Sara. She was a minefield of knowledge. She genuinely wanted to help. She was able to give me a treatment plan to help give me my confidence back in my skin. I didn't once feel she was overselling which is a huge thing. She dealt directly with what she knew I needed. She was very efficient to follow up and ensure I knew I had support if I have any questions.

I emailed Dr. Kent on Tuesday night explaining I had a milia on my eyelid that I wanted to have removed. First thing Wednesday morning I had an email back offering me a free consultation. I contacted Dr. Kent’s secretary and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Dr. Kent was brilliant. He explained that he could not use laser to remove the milia as it was too close to my eye, and he recommended another treatment which involved micro needles which would apply an electric current. I was very happy to have the treatment as I was very self-conscious and wanted the milia gone. The treatment only took about 15 minutes and I was delighted with the result. It was painful towards the end but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent, he was polite, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease. The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent.

I could not recommend Patrick and his staff highly enough, I attended the clinic in Dec 2021. Patrick identified a seriously concerning mole, and surgically removed it immediately. It was biopsied at SVUH, where stage 1B malignant melanoma was confirmed. Patrick followed up tirelessly with St Vincents to ensure that the necessary surgery and treatment took place as quickly as possible, it was the period of covid. SVUH Dermatology Dept were amazing. the additional surgery and testing confirmed that all of the cancer had been removed with no spread. Patrick's prompt intervention saved my life. lovexxx

Thread veins or  telangiectasias are small, superficial, red, purple or blue veins which can appear anywhere on the body but most frequently on the face. They can be 1- 3mm in diameter and occur when the vein dilates to become large enough to be visible through the skin. Thus, they are generally more of a problem for fairer skin types. They are often classified according to their appearance as linear, branching or spider telangiectasia. Medically they are not serious but cosmetically they can be distressing to many of us. We normally use multi-wave length IPL in higher energy pulses to reduce facial thread veins.
