I got a tummy tuck procedure done at Aesthetic Clinic just over two months ago. Dr. Madhusudhan did a fantastic job. I love my results. My tummy looks super flat now. Having a petite figure all my life and then, after giving birth my abdomen became very big and saggy. Even with a lot of exercise and diet, it didn't go back to normal. With a lot of research, I decided to get this procedure done. After researching about a lot of clinics, I've decided to visit Forena Clinic in Seoul for aesthetic treatments. The communication was really smooth through WhatsApp and I was able to get an appointment within the same week. I was consulted by an English-speaking consultant. My main concern was double chin, sagging in the jaw area, and I was recommended ONDA lifting with Ultherapy Prime for the jaw area. The process was really smooth. I'm actually really pain intolerant so I was really nervous about getting the procedures. The pain level for me was 3/10 for Ultherapy PRIME (they also explained to me that this newer version hurts less) and 7/10 for ONDA (it felt really hot!). The post-care was really easy too, and I was able to do all the travel stuff I've planned right away without any problems. My jaw area was tender for approximately one week, and now, 2 months after the treatments, I finally have a sharp jawline!! Highly recommend

I really enjoyed the treatment! It was very professional and relaxing for me. I did the Diamond microdermabrasion treatment, my skin feels really clean and fresh after the treatment. Would highly recommend.

During the appointment, it was determined no treatment was necessary because of my particular issue I need to wait until a future date to start treatment. The staff were very helpful but compared with clinics in other countries such as Thailand, Japan and Korea there is a particular difficulty that Chinese people have with English. I would say that in 99% of clinics that claim to have English-speaking staff, their English level is far below the standard I've experienced in other countries in Asia, and that appears to be the norm. This difference can severely hamper efforts to communicate effectively and negatively impact the service quality.
