Hi, I had rhinoplasty, breast lift and implant surgeries at this hospital. My surgeries were operated by Dr. Mert Sızmaz, and I am extremely satisfied. I chose him based on a recommendation from my friend, who had previously undergone surgery from him, and because during the consultation, he understood me very well and provided clear information about the procedures. After the surgeries, I stayed at the hospital for one night. The nurses were helpful and friendly. I spent the following week resting at home, and my experience consultant, Mr. Umut, provided prompt and satisfactory answers to all my questions. It has been 10 days since my surgeries, and so far, I am very pleased. I would like to express my gratitude to my doctor, my consultant, and the entire hospital team who took care of me.

Her name is Amal, what can l say amazing lady nothing but honesty came from her mouth, she helped me communicate with everyone, all the nurses the doctors. From the very beginning, I was treated like a princess. Before the operation, I met several specialists — a cardiologist, a lung doctor, and others — to ensure everything was safe. After surgery, I had zero pain, only a bit of nausea from the anaesthesia. That same evening, I was already feeling well. The hospital room looked like a luxury hotel, and the nurses were incredibly caring — I accidentally pressed the call button once, and they were in my room within seconds. Dr. Ustun came to check on me personally every morning. I stayed a few days at the hospital and then returned to my hotel. I felt so good that I flew back home to Canada two days earlier than planned, and the next day I was already back at work full-time, completely pain-free. Two weeks later, I had already lost 10 pounds. I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.

I had lens replacement surgery with Associate Professor of ophthalmology Dr Derda Oder at BHT clinic in Istanbul. From the initial contact with him to the end he was very down to earth, transparent, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I had researched and contacted many surgeons. He suggested lenses that would be suitable for each eye and on examining me when I got there, decided one eye needed a different lens which was £150 less. He immediately informed me. He is an excellent surgeon and Hasan, his lovely, capable interpreter was there for me at all times. All the staff are very professional and attentive. The surgery went well and the aftercare was very good. On my last visit, Dr Derda said to contact them at any time if I have any questions or concerns, gave me lifetime lens passports and told me any time I was in Turkey I was to come and have a free assessment. Dr Derda is also very well priced and I’m absolutely thrilled to throw away glasses that I’ve been wearing for many decades. I highly recommend Dr Derda and his team.
