I took infos from many clinics in Istanbul, but Oliver from Novemed was the best operator ever. Always kind and patient, always available for every question, from the silliest to the most important. I would highly recommend the entire crew. They explained everything before booking, and continued to follow me until my flight back home. Everybody had a high level of expertise but was also encouraging with friendliness and kindness, with a good atmosphere. Some of the nurses weren't as good as others, but some of them were absolutely warm and solar, always explaining what they were going to do step by step. Couldn't choose better than these great team!

I came from UK to visit Clinic Bariatric in Turkey. Almost 6 months ago, I had so many problems related to cardiovascular disease. And I was apprehensive about my health. My mother found clinic bariatric on the internet, and she counseled me about it. After that, I reached their patient consultant, and I found it very helpful. So, I came to know that due to excessive weight, I have cardiovascular disease, and they provide me with different weight-loss surgeries. I booked my surgery, and around four months ago, I did my gastric sleeve and lost 35 kg. That is an unbelievable victory, and my heart complication is very much less now.

I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.
