When I first decided to get a breast lift and argumentation I did lots of research, on doing my research I came across Vanity after reading the reviews I decided to contact them. The first person I spoke to was Emily, she was fantastic with explaining everything and was available over message any time I needed right up until the day I left. I arrived on a Thursday which was the day before my operation I was picked up by my driver and taken straight to a hospital for blood tests. After my blood, I was taken to my hotel and checked in, on the day of my op I was picked up at 6.30 am and taken to Vanity Hospital where I met Gizem (my care coordinator). I was sent for further blood and a chest x-ray because I had a chest infection the week before so they wanted to make sure I was okay to have the anaesthetic Gizem came with me and helped with communication. Vanity Hospital was so incredibly clean and I had my private room, took a while for the WiFi to work on my phone which worried me a bit because I had travelled on my own and it was the other source of communication to home. The nurses were all very caring and checked on me regularly before and after my op. My surgeon was Bugra Ipek he was incredible listened to what I wanted and delivered please with my results so far I'm 1 week post-op and looking forward to the finished results once 100% healed Gizem my care coordinator was so helpful and she's still on the other end of the line if I need anything and quick to answer my questions. Such a lovely caring lady.

What a journey it has been! Obesity patients will understand me quite well, the process we are going through is really not easy. I met Mrs Petek from Medivia in a period when my weight and my psychology were in a horrible condition. My journey started by first getting to know Medivia general surgery doctor Mrs Petek, who understood the psychological condition I was in and she walked me through patiently step by step all the processes that are waiting for me. I was welcomed at Istanbul airport and the rest was easy. I had a very successful Gastric Sleeve operation and can say I was very satisfied with the doctor and postoperative nurse care process as well as my nutrition and diet specialist. I recommend Medivia to anyone who wants to have this operation. The team is very experienced and it is important to be in good hands. Thanks once again!

The price included transport to and from the airport, hospital and hotel. The staff were amazing, there was always a translator on the ward. They were patient and understanding and very helpful. The surgeon ran through everything with us and checked in on us when we were done with the procedure. Eva who we booked the visit through, was on call 24/7 via WhatsApp. The hospital had Wi-Fi and Netflix to get you through bed rest. I haven't regretted this choice and I'm so pleased I did my gastric sleeve through them.

GCC Gokdemir Clinic office is full of caring people. So nice, polite and respectful. The procedure was fully explained, step by step. I was in for extraction of several teeth and was concerned as my experience with other dental offices wasn't a good. Today I'm happy to report that everything went just as explained.
