From the moment I made contact with Apera to my last day at the hospital, the service I received was exceptional. The lady I liaised with(Petek) was absolutely amazing! She made herself availiable whenever I needed her. She answered every question I asked satisfactory and when she didn't know the answer she will ask the Doctor and get back to me. The hospital was fantastic! Clean, bright and felt more like a health spa than a hospital. I have been in couple of London private hospitals and they are nothing compared to the treatment I received from Apera. The nurses are gentle and compassionate. One of the nurses who unfortunately I cannot recall her name rubbed my arm to comfort me while administrating a pain killer that was so painful. You can see and feel the compassion. I traveled alone so naturally I was nervous, however from the moment I arrived I did not feel alone. Thank you so much Apera
