Dr Derici did my gastric sleeve just over a year ago. From the airport to leaving everything was organised smoothly. Had a good chat with the Dr and he's such a lovely worldly man who knows what he's doing. Yes, I was scared but I need not have been he's changed my life. Now saving for plastics. I travelled from the UK to Turkey in October of 2021 to have a gastric sleeve and I am very pleased with my results, I lost lost 53kg so far and I can’t thank Dr Burak enough! He was so professional and did an excellent job with no mistakes, his aftercare was also amazing as he would check on me every day until he was satisfied with my recovery. If anyone is interested in having a gastric sleeve with Dr Burak please be reassured you will be in safe hands.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive thyroid and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.

My surgery was about three weeks ago, and I have to say I'm really happy with the result and also with the whole experience. First of all, the hotel is a very high standard, and the staff is always helpful. They speak very good English and always there to help. The surgery itself went quickly and well. I felt like in good hands. The nurses took good care of me after my operation. They are very helpful and friendly. My overall experience was very good, from the start to the end. Thank you Alfa Health! Being overweight has always been a huge problem for me. I couldn’t wear what I wanted, I couldn’t socialize. I’ve heard about gastric balloon but had too many questions to ask and I couldn’t find anyone to answer. Then this guys came along. They answered all my questions about the whole process. Thanks to their help, I decided to go for it. I’m so glad that I got to meet these guys. They were so kind, helpful and professional. They organized everything and informed me about every little details. All I had to do was being there; the rest has been taken care by them. Elipse gastric balloon process was much easier than I’ve expected. It took around 20 minutes. They also gave me a smart scale and smartwatch that connected to the Allurion app. Their nutritionist is always there to help me and I can get information whenever I want to.
