I was born on February 21st. Operated by Doctor Ceyhun in 2024. The operation went perfectly. The communication regarding all the organizational matters before departure, arrival and transfer between the airport, hotel and hospital went great. The hotel was very clean and beautifully designed. The hospital was also clean and very modern. The staff at the hospital were very nice and you felt well looked after and comfortable. I am particularly grateful for my medical German interpreter Bahar and my dietitians Selvi and Doğa, who have been advising me on my diet via Whatsapp for a whole year now. You can ask questions at any time and the team will answer them as quickly as possible. From phase to phase they send recipes and keep asking how you are doing. Thank you very much for your great support, you are a great team and I wish you all the best.

Fantastic experience with Novemed, from the moment I contacted John he welcomed me and support me every step of the way. The team checked in with me on the morning of my flight and looked after me from the moment I landed in Istanbul. Private transport was amazing to and from air port and hospital and hotel.
