I found Allan to be a very kind and patient therapist. I felt more understood than any other previous experience with talk therapy. Our sessions were easy going and this helped me feel at ease. I found myself being much more patient with myself. I would definitely recommend him.

I struggled with my gender identity & sexuality for the longest time and have been to several therapists over the years to address my issues especially my debilitating episodes of dysphoria. I found relief and peace when I finally came to terms with my ‘authentic self’. Inner child work was difficult initially but rewarding in the end. I am so thankful I met Siobhan, she changed my life! I have never been so thankful to meet Siobhan. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so caring and has stayed by my side right through my difficult times. Siobhan has thought me brilliant techniques to do while in distress. I have attended Siobhan's sessions since October 2020 and since then I have become the person I have always wanted to be, and I cannot thank her enough for being the person who helped me along. She creates such a nice atmosphere from the moment I enter the room, I was nervous for my first session but that quickly went away as I talked to her as she made me feel so comfortable. I have a long road ahead of me but I couldn't be happier that it's with Siobhan. I look forward every week to my sessions with her and I enjoy them so much that the hour-long session feels like it was ten minutes. My daughter has just finished a 12-week course of play therapy with Eva and I would rate both the clinic and Eva 5 stars. The clinic is spotlessly clean, with all covid precautions in place, lots of toys and activities available in a bright well thought out environment. Eva the therapist was excellent. From start to finish she talked us through the process and was available to discuss any concerns or questions we had. My daughter made fantastic progress and she achieved all of the goals we had originally set out with the therapist at the planning meeting. I cannot speak highly enough of Eva and all of the tools she has equipped my child with.

Hi, I was treated by Martina in Rathmines every week for about 6 weeks. I found it to be a fantastic experience. I was full of anxieties, self-doubts and frustrations. She was an amazing listener and could unravel all of those issues in a way I never thought possible. We got to the source of them, and I came away from her every week with a much better understanding of myself. I talked about things I hadn't even thought of for years. She was so prepared every week, knowing exactly where to start as if the previous session had only been the day before. Today I am a much different person to the one she first met, more capable of dealing with whatever comes my way. I am truly grateful to her for what she did.
