Went in to treat anxiety I was experiencing, as well as depression. From the very first meeting, Tim made me feel safe, understood and highly respected... I have what can be called a "neurodiverse" psyche, and Tim went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs, ensured I was happy after each session and was exceptionally receptive to feedback. He is incredibly compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and genuine. It's been a life-changing blessing to meet him.

I was very apprehensive about attending any clinic. David Ellis was recommended as he was described as empathic and understanding. After only a few sessions with David, my depression began to lift, my self-confidence returned, as I got stronger, we explored other areas of my life that had triggered my depression. I cannot recommend David Ellis of The Positive Mind high enough. A lovely man and a great therapist. Thank You, David.

The treatment that is being given is excellent. It's all that was hoped for and more. All staff are welcoming and professional. An experience that potentially could be daunting made so much easier by these caring staff.

Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

I had severe insomnia due to stress and could not figure it out how to overcome it. I've tried different medicines, however, nothing seemed to work. Then I went to Magda for consultation and she helped me to understand my mind better and to improve my sleep hygiene as well. She has taught me different techniques and tools which slowly helped to restore my sleep in a much healthier form. I recommend her to anyone who is struggling with a similar issue.

Ruairi is hands down the best therapist I have ever worked with. I’ve struggled most of my life with mental health and addiction issues. My drug use was primarily down to my not being able to understand or deal with my thoughts & emotions. It was a continuous cycle of building myself up, then watching it all crumble down around me again. 1 step ahead and 10 steps back, followed by a massive relapse and a lengthy interval of binge drinking and drug use. I’ve had numerous therapists, and not to say they weren’t good, but Ruairi is on another level. In short, when Ruairi speaks or gives his own interpretation of how I may be thinking or feeling regarding certain situations and experiences, he is on the money every time! He has helped me map out positive & healthy ways I can deal with life situations, like relationships, grief, insecurities, past trauma, self-regulation, amongst many more. Every session has been invaluable! He has helped me so much! It actually blows my mind at times how in tune he is with how I may be feeling or thinking. I will be forever grateful, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to make long-lasting changes in life and want genuine growth and healing to contact Ruairi.

I had my very first session online, I wasn't sure if online treatment would work, however shortly after I felt at ease, the doctor offered a 15 minutes free introductory session, after which I decided to continue with the treatment. I only had one session so far, I feel an improvement in my emotions, I will write another review once the treatment is concluded. Thanks to the team I dealt with especially Dr Thomas and Dr Demarco.
