Went in to treat anxiety I was experiencing, as well as depression. From the very first meeting, Tim made me feel safe, understood and highly respected... I have what can be called a "neurodiverse" psyche, and Tim went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs, ensured I was happy after each session and was exceptionally receptive to feedback. He is incredibly compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and genuine. It's been a life-changing blessing to meet him.

I was very apprehensive about attending any clinic. David Ellis was recommended as he was described as empathic and understanding. After only a few sessions with David, my depression began to lift, my self-confidence returned, as I got stronger, we explored other areas of my life that had triggered my depression. I cannot recommend David Ellis of The Positive Mind high enough. A lovely man and a great therapist. Thank You, David.

I had a psychiatric consultation in the Centre recently, and I am very happy about the experience. Initially, I was apprehensive at the prospect of talking about my mental health problems to someone I had never met before, but Dr Mike Harris was very friendly, understanding and kind. It was a great relief to get diagnosed and to have treatment planned. Many thanks to Dr Harris, and to lovely Elisa in reception, who professionally and patiently managed my phone calls and appointment. The clinic is situated in a nice place, with a park nearby, a modern interior designed for patients` comfort and ease. I would definitely recommend the Clinic to anyone struggling with mental health. Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

I had severe insomnia due to stress and could not figure it out how to overcome it. I've tried different medicines, however, nothing seemed to work. Then I went to Magda for consultation and she helped me to understand my mind better and to improve my sleep hygiene as well. She has taught me different techniques and tools which slowly helped to restore my sleep in a much healthier form. I recommend her to anyone who is struggling with a similar issue.

I write this again several years afterwards & feel it's truly a good indicator of how well & substantial Ruairi's unique style of therapy is... (tried & tested through & through) I came to Ruairi (Dr Ruairi Stewart) during the time of crisis. Needing to handle & overcome particularly distressing challenging family situations. I met Maureen today for Hypnotherapy. I genuinely didn't know what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the process. From the moment I walked into the clinic I was made to feel at ease and found Maureen very easy to talk to. The issues I presented with now seem a lot less than they were - and that's after just one session. I have another session booked and I can say with honesty that I am really looking forward to it. I hadn't expected a result so quickly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hypnotherapy to anyone. Delighted with today and looking forward to the next session now.

I had my very first session online, I wasn't sure if online treatment would work, however shortly after I felt at ease, the doctor offered a 15 minutes free introductory session, after which I decided to continue with the treatment. I only had one session so far, I feel an improvement in my emotions, I will write another review once the treatment is concluded. Thanks to the team I dealt with especially Dr Thomas and Dr Demarco.
