Went in to treat anxiety I was experiencing, as well as depression. From the very first meeting, Tim made me feel safe, understood and highly respected... I have what can be called a "neurodiverse" psyche, and Tim went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs, ensured I was happy after each session and was exceptionally receptive to feedback. He is incredibly compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and genuine. It's been a life-changing blessing to meet him.

I had a psychiatric consultation in the Centre recently, and I am very happy about the experience. Initially, I was apprehensive at the prospect of talking about my mental health problems to someone I had never met before, but Dr Mike Harris was very friendly, understanding and kind. It was a great relief to get diagnosed and to have treatment planned. Many thanks to Dr Harris, and to lovely Elisa in reception, who professionally and patiently managed my phone calls and appointment. The clinic is situated in a nice place, with a park nearby, a modern interior designed for patients` comfort and ease. I would definitely recommend the Clinic to anyone struggling with mental health. Cannot recommend enough. It has been well over a year since I went. I struggled so much with my anxiety for such a long time and spent hundreds on therapy. Hypnotherapy worked instantly and the difference is significant. If I ever have triggers or setbacks I have the sessions recorded and again they work instantly. I met Maureen today for Hypnotherapy. I genuinely didn't know what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the process. From the moment I walked into the clinic I was made to feel at ease and found Maureen very easy to talk to. The issues I presented with now seem a lot less than they were - and that's after just one session. I have another session booked and I can say with honesty that I am really looking forward to it. As long as I could remember, I was afraid of speaking in front of people, asking strangers anything or starting a conversation with a person that attacked me.
