I had a psychiatric consultation in the Centre recently, and I am very happy about the experience. Initially, I was apprehensive at the prospect of talking about my mental health problems to someone I had never met before, but Dr Mike Harris was very friendly, understanding and kind. It was a great relief to get diagnosed and to have treatment planned. Many thanks to Dr Harris, and to lovely Elisa in reception, who professionally and patiently managed my phone calls and appointment. The clinic is situated in a nice place, with a park nearby, a modern interior designed for patients` comfort and ease. I would definitely recommend the Clinic to anyone struggling with mental health. Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. As long as I could remember, I was afraid of speaking in front of people, asking strangers anything or starting a conversation with a person that attacked me. My Hypnotherapist relaxed me during his initial session and showed me how to conquer my circle of confidence and extend it to wherever I have to be and want to go. Today, after only 6 sessions, I deliver in-house training, provide initial training courses to our company's new customers, and I got my first relationship on a night out with colleagues.
