I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Went in to treat anxiety I was experiencing, as well as depression. From the very first meeting, Tim made me feel safe, understood and highly respected... I have what can be called a "neurodiverse" psyche, and Tim went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs, ensured I was happy after each session and was exceptionally receptive to feedback. He is incredibly compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and genuine. It's been a life-changing blessing to meet him.

This is my first session with Robert. It went very well for me. I found him gifted in his presence and as a therapist.

Just flew back from the UK at the weekend without so much as a whimper thanks to Seamus’s excellent work - that was my second trip so I’m very confident the treatment has worked. I fly regularly with work and it was becoming more and more of a challenge to deal with the fear and anxiety before and particularly during the flight. I’m a different person now when it comes to flying - nerves no longer an issue. I’ll still listen to the session in advance of further flights but that’s just to reinforce the happy thoughts. Thanks again Seamus it’s made such a difference.

Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.

I came in thinking I didn’t need our “chats” and ended up being one of the most beneficial things for me that I have done. Allan has a wonderful way of helping you open up and figure out what the issues may be. He has helped me make everyday life and dealing with my issues a whole lot easier. I could not recommend him enough!

Ashrina is a fantastically compassionate and understanding person. I have been to multiple counsellors throughout my life. Never found the right one, until I found Ashrina. She's seen me through some hard times and is now seeing me through the good. I have her to thank for a lot of my succes over the last year. I met Maureen today for Hypnotherapy. I genuinely didn't know what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the process. From the moment I walked into the clinic I was made to feel at ease and found Maureen very easy to talk to. The issues I presented with now seem a lot less than they were - and that's after just one session. I have another session booked and I can say with honesty that I am really looking forward to it. I hadn't expected a result so quickly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hypnotherapy to anyone. Delighted with today and looking forward to the next session now.

I would highly recommend Renata, her approach helped me back on my feet after a tough patch and I feel like a new, wiser, more awake person! I came to Renata after I had had other sessions with other counsellors/psychologist and I just didn't click with them. I had just had an experience in my life that left me overwhelmed and lost. After 6 months with Renata I was solidly back on my feet and I still check in now to look after my mental health. I leave all the interactions we have felt more aware and more motivated, I cry, I learn and I laugh in each session. Renata has a very gentle approach but she gets deep to the root of problems and offers valuable, practical solutions to work through them, I felt very supported in resolving my issues for myself! I would highly recommend to anyone who feels a bit lost and doesn't know where to start!

I had my very first session online, I wasn't sure if online treatment would work, however shortly after I felt at ease, the doctor offered a 15 minutes free introductory session, after which I decided to continue with the treatment. I only had one session so far, I feel an improvement in my emotions, I will write another review once the treatment is concluded. Thanks to the team I dealt with especially Dr Thomas and Dr Demarco.
