My approach to counselling and therapy is Person Centred, respecting and encouraging the clients’ autonomy within the therapeutic process at all times. I will provide a confidential one to one relationship in a safe setting to develop the client’s self-awareness, assisting them in finding their own way through their difficulties. I welcome those seeking help, working with teenagers, adults, couples and families. I have experience with a broad range of personal concerns including; depression, suicidal thoughts and self harm, anxiety and panic attacks, stress, relationship difficulties, sexual, physical and emotional abuse and personal development.
