Hello. my name is Caroline Quinn, I am a psychotherapist and supervisor, my practice in based in Baldoyle and On-line via Zoom.  I provide both short and long term counselling and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. I help individuals who are struggling to overcome a broad range of issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, sexuality, abuse, bereavement and relationship issues.  I have over 25 years experience working with families and individuals promoting overall wellbeing through counselling /psychotherapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy.  My approach is humanistic and integrative, creative and holistic.  I draw from a number of different therapeutic models.
