Heather (MA, MIAHIP, MIACP) is an accredited psychotherapist with 10 years experience, working with couples, adults and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds. She works in a humanistic integrative way  focusing on the primacy of the therapeutic relationship. Her background in art and design has facilitated her in practicing in a creative way ensuring safety and sensitivity to all ages and favouring elements of gestalt and mindfulness to assist clients when necessary.     She provides long-term therapy to clients who have experienced childhood developmental trauma, eating disorders, CSA and clerical abuse. Alternatively, she provides short-term therapy for those engaging in EAP work. Over the years Heather has worked with a wide spectrum of presenting issues from relationship difficulties, depression, post natal depression, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, loss, bereavement, bullying, self-harming and suicidal ideation.

The issues that Mary deals with on a regular basis range from smoking cessation, addictions & weight loss to curing anxiety, depression and confidence building. It is not uncommon for her clients to report life changing results in just one session because this is the level at which she operates. Essential to Mary’s style of therapy is her uncanny ability to develop instant rapport with her clients so that they instantly feel comfortable in her presence which means they can get working on solutions straight away. Michelle Gunning is a fully qualified Art Psychotherapist with MA level qualification from Crawford College of Art and Design, CIT, Cork. Michelle is also qualified in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Play Therapy (CTC) and has research and training experience in Pre and Perinatal Psychotherapy, Attachment and Trauma, Group Leadership and Spiritual Healing.

Joseph holds a BS.c Hons in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, he also holds a Diploma in Counselling and Addiction, accredited by the IAAAC and a Diploma in Psychology.
