I use evidence based treatment for people who experience a range of mental health difficulties utilising psychological services of Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques and mindfulness based strategies.  I am a an ICP accredited Psychotherapist with  an M.Sc. in Psychoanalytic  Psychotherapy from the UCD School of Medicine,as well as formal qualifications in Counselling and Psychotherapy and CBT. I have  20 years of working with clients within the field of mental health. I am a Registered Practitioner member of the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in Ireland (APPI) and a member of the Irish Council of Psychotherapy (ICP).
