Went in to treat anxiety I was experiencing, as well as depression. From the very first meeting, Tim made me feel safe, understood and highly respected... I have what can be called a "neurodiverse" psyche, and Tim went above and beyond to cater to my unique needs, ensured I was happy after each session and was exceptionally receptive to feedback. He is incredibly compassionate, gentle, knowledgeable and genuine. It's been a life-changing blessing to meet him.

Diamante my therapist was very pleasant, but at the same time asked me difficult questions. She probed deep into my past, and got me to express feelings that I hadn’t done with anyone before. Overall every session with her was good for me The only drawback for me is that I live over 100 miles from the clinic and I can only get an appointment on Saturday. A midweek appointment would be much easier for me.
I came in thinking I didn’t need our “chats” and ended up being one of the most beneficial things for me that I have done. I met Maureen today for Hypnotherapy. I genuinely didn't know what to expect as I wasn't familiar with the process. I was struggling with misophonia and was having trouble processing certain sounds and it got to a point where I couldn’t eat dinner with my family and was struggling to leave my room. I had read online that cognitive behavioural therapy had helped others with misophonia so I decided to give it a go. I booked an appointment with Renata and saw her the next day. Renata was extremely welcoming and very kind. Renata recommended some techniques for me to try to help distract me from the sounds that were bothering me and I found relief nearly instantly. Renata also helped me with any negative thoughts I was having and was very accepting and made me feel very comfortable.
