Highly recommend this clinic. I had endured a fracture of the major tuberosity of the humerus bone, which was the most difficult and painful injury I had been through. The physiotherapy sessions helped me regain the strength and movement that I had lost.

I cannot recommend Kristina enough. She has done wonders for me, from Physio to actually teaching me to stand, sit, and walk. I honestly owe her quite a bit. Her advice has helped me to manage chronic low back pain and come out on the other side and her treatment has helped me immensely. When the NHS physio sent me home saying I had 80% of shoulder movement and this was fine, in one session Kristina restored movement to almost normal. I have referred several people to her and they have all said the same, magic hands, great personality and professionalism.

Highly recommend John, excellent treatment and value for money. Always gets you booked in quickly and he is always happy to answer questions and give advice. John has treated me for a few years for running related issues, and has always been great, which had allowed me to continue running. Just had my gait analysis done with John and he was spot on, it explains a lot of the reasons why I suffer with ITB/hip pain. The report he sent over for the gait analysis was excellent, easy to understand and very professional Extremely helpful in fixing some of my running related issues. Highly recommend getting it done, well worth it. 😊👍

Just completed 3 sessions for lower back pain & stiffness, was in the hands of ... May I say .... A very young but extremely professional guy Enda. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands his way of explaining all the different things that can cause back pain was an eye-opener. I received laser treatment....Decompression treatment plus hands on physiotherapy plus was given certain stretches & movements to do at home. I can honestly say... Hand on heart, from the first session, I could feel a difference and freedom of movement in my lower back that I haven't felt in a long long time. I was treated for lower back muscle spasms and a previously undiagnosed Bakers cyst behind my knee. There were 3 sessions and I was impressed by the physio and her approach. The system was very efficient and I would recommend the service. The only downside is the price. Many people would struggle to pay the fees, especially for longer-term treatment. The NHS can't cope with the demand but should perhaps subsidise some private treatment to prevent chronic conditions.
