This is the second time I have been to Tim for treatment. Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. After an elbow replacement over a year ago resulting in limited movement and constant pain. My husband persuaded to book an appointment with Sam. My NHS consultant had said that there was no benefit in physio as I couldn't force my arm to do something it wouldn't do and that I might always have pain. Sam has proved the consultant wrong. I'm getting more mobility every week and the pain is slowly going. Thank you, Sam.

I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. Tony was great, he provided great instructions on finding his location (it is not that straightforward). He took a full history and checked how I was feeling all the way through the appointment. Due to my history, he performed acupuncture and soft tissue massage on my back, which 1 day later has already seen some improvement. He sent a follow-up text the day after the appointment, to check how I was getting on. I would highly recommend.

I was fortunate to have found Martin in 2019. For twenty-five years I'd had a knee injury which after some years also affected my hip. Martin put me on the right track and informed me of key information which I had been lacking before. My knee and hip no longer give me trouble and my prognosis appears very good, whereas decades earlier I had been advised that I would likely need further cortisone injections and possible knee replacement. I am twenty years older than when I received that advice, and I have enjoyed much better mobility and pain-free thanks to Martin.

Went to see Mark and my tennis elbow was diagnosed immediately. Fantastic friendly service, easy to book. James was also very good from previous injuries. Definitely recommend.

I had a car accident in October this year, I was referred to them. The staff are absolutely fantastic and my physiotherapy is done by Luke, who is absolutely amazing. I was aching all over, I have had a few sessions with Luke and I feel absolutely great, back on the road to recovery. Thank you guys you do such a wonderful job.
