I find the sessions fascinating and the physiotherapist's knowledge is mind blowingKate, UK, 03 10 22

Working with Natalie has been a truly life changing experience!! I was referred to her suffering with Chronic Lower back pain and an in turmoil Nervous System. I have never experienced working with anyone in this way and was incredibly nervous and suffering hugely from anxiety but she instantly made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly way. She listens, really listens and adjust things depending on how I and my body feel and I find that really reassuring. I find her sessions fascinating and her knowledge is mind blowing. I have learnt so much. The exercises she set me are tough but Natalie explains everything clearly and concisely, I never feel I am being rushed or pressured or don’t know what I am doing. She gives me the motivation and the belief that I can do whatever I set out to do. I can feel myself improving every day, my lower back has been in pain for almost 13 years and I have never seen improvement in it, until working with Natalie. I now experience no back pain and have improved strength across my whole body. I have learnt to listen to my Nervous System and found ways with her help to regulate it. I like the fact that Natalie takes the time to explain why things are happening in my body and how we are going to work to fix that. Working remotely is great, it allows me to have my session with Natalie during the day whilst my daughter is homeschooling and the quality of Natalie’s teaching is still as impeccable. I can’t say enough about how this experience and Natalie have changed my life in a positive way, without her kindness, patience, expertise and motivation I simply wouldn’t be where I am now and for that I will always be truly grateful.

Her experience and extensive post-grad training enables her to provide fast pain relief and injury resolution to enable swift accomplishment of individual goals from being able to pick up the kids or sit in a long meeting to doing an ironman triathlon or running an ultra marathon. ‘Lucy has made a great impact on my training Ed Drake, GB Ski Team She uses hands on techniques like joint manipulation, massage, acupuncture and taping intelligently applied to release restrictive structures and mobilise stiff joints. She then uses advanced rehab skills to strengthen the muscles that are weak but most importantly get them working in the correct way to treat the cause of the problem. Her mantra is its not what you do its how you do it that counts! Lucys use of acupuncture gets glowing reports from patients with its scientifically proven effects on pain (like sciatica) and tendon problems. Three months ago I had a prolapsed disk in my neck. The pain was so acute that the doctor had put me on. After only two sessions with Lucy Macdonald, who treated me with acupuncture and massage, I was able to quit this based medication Anne Nightingale Lucy Macdonald is an expert in snowsports injuries and ski performance - see Skiing pag

The physiotherapist is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with herJennifer, UK, 14 10 22

Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up. Since doing the specific exercises and practicing holding my core and controlling my breathing, I already feel better about myself. Thank you, Lucy.
