Leo is a fantastic physio, he has helped me tremendously with sciatica/back pain issues, treating me and giving me practical advice on how to solve the pain day today. I would go so far as to say I have had the best treatment of any physio from him! Everything he has done for me has helped and he definitely is someone I would not hesitate to recommend. He definitely cares about your progress and doesn't make follow on appointments unless required which is great and thoughtful of you as a patient.
All I can say is WOW. I have been to so many physios, chiros, osteopaths, sports therapists, masseurs, and even a few GP's for my various injuries and none of them have taken the time to examine me and test me as he did. He explained everything really well and came up with things none of the others did to help me. Don't waste your money seeing others he will help you more than most will.
Over the years I have suffered from aching lower back pain, and shoulder pain. I have been wearing a shoulder support brace and support vest for many years. I cannot leave home without them. I then pulled a muscle in my back, so I finally went to get this all sorted out once and for all. I am seeing Lucy, this is my second visit, and I am already feeling the deference. Lucy identified the problem right away. I have lost strength in my lower back, and my core is very weak. Lucy is very warm and friendly; I feel very comfortable with her. she has explained in great detail why I have been wearing my support braces for so many years and has encouraged me to trust myself and to start believing that I will be ok without my support braces. I have not worn them for 3 days now, when I start to feel the shoulder pain, it reminds me to hold my core, and surprisingly enough the pain eases up.
