Systematic Kinesiology is the answer to keeping the body balanced, able to cope with what life throws at us.By challenging muscles in specific positions as a biofeedback mechanism, a qualified Kinesiologist will get to the root of the problem and be able to deal with it. Some problems fix easily others are more layered and take longer, it depends on how long the person has had the problem. Systematic Kinesiology deals with the causes as well as the symptoms treating the person as a whole system.What is systematic kinesiology?The word kinesiology comes from the Greek "kineses" which translates to "motion". Systematic Kinesiology is based on the original research of Dr George Goodheart, recognised as the founder of Kinesiology. It enables the practitioner to identify energy imbalances (biochemical, emotional, electromagnetic and structural) using the bodys biofeedback mechanisms via muscle testing.

In my kinesiology sessions  I use muscle reflex as the bodys biofeedback mechanism to assess on what level( nutritional, structural, emotional or energetic) the imbalance is and to correct it with the relevant technique. Why does it work? Simply because your body knows everything about who you are and the body never lies.!!!! Kinesiology is truly a holistic approach.
