I have been attending BodyWell for 2.5 years and have received nothing but excellent care. Dr. Christian has successfully treated my back problems, and the physiotherapists have been incredibly helpful with exercise sessions and laser therapy for specific issues. I've also received orthotics for my flat feet, massage, and muscle stretching from a team of highly qualified therapists, as well as nutrition advice. Thank you. This holistic approach to health and well-being has played a key role in keeping me fit and going strong at nearly 87!

Whilst pregnacy is deemed to be one of the most natural biological occurances it is however one of the most traumatic changes that the female body will undergo.  It is during this period of change that it is hugely important that the pelvic girdle and the spinal column are kept well aligned to cope with these changes and increased levels of hormones. In particular relaxin which places the body in a position of instability in the supporting ligaments and tendons.  Note: Chiropractic treatment is not advisable during the first trimester.
