Now I am back working and enjoying being 23Leigh-Ann, UK, 01 03 20

Dr Christian and Dr Tracy are fantastic, they genuinely do understand their stuff and are aiming for you long term health, and they’re not trying to tell you otherwise at any point. When I broke my femur and both sides of my pelvis in an accident, my NHS physio sent me away with crutches and instructions not to put any weight on my broken leg (for 6 weeks) which was huge with swelling and so hot from inflammation. Attending Bodywell and seeking help from both Dr Christian and also the Injury Specialist, I was back on my feet (with only a limp but without crutches) by the time I saw the physio 6 weeks post leaving kings hospital for my first appointment! Being diagnosed with cancer at only 21, I have defied NHS doctors and have turned a corner in the past 6 months despite all my issues. I have learned so much about my body, and how my central nervous system needs no help but also no interference! All my health issues in the past have been a result of these interferences (a flu jab in my case) and now the staff at Bodywell continuously help me to correct those and prevent further complications! I’m also thankful to the nutritionist, Katarina, who has helped me to understand the effect such harsh treatment has had on my body with specialised testing to understand the chemicals and deficiencies in my body. The staff work hard to keep customers pleased and are always smiling even on long days to suit appointments around work times. I can’t thank everyone enough for their patience and expertise. When I first started, I was fatigued and unwell, now I am back working and enjoying being 23! Go in with a willingness to learn and an open mind and you’ll be pleasantly rewarded! Remember that you only have one body so you need to look after it to live a long and active life in the best of health!

Applied Kinesiology up to £40
Kinesiology is a therapy that uses manual muscle testing to determine where the client may have imbalances in their system, and what the client needs in order to restore balance and wellness. The roots of kinesiology can be traced back to the American chiropractor George G. Goodheart who, in 1964, identified that the evaluation of normal and abnormal body function could be carried out by muscle testing. How does it work?According to the principles of kinesiology, certain muscles or groups of muscles relate to specific body parts and body systems. Muscle testing can determine where weaknesses and imbalances are occurring in the body. Testing is also used to determine the client’s mental and emotional health. A muscle or muscle group that is strong is likely to be connected to an organ or body part that also is strong; but a muscle, or muscles, that responds weakly when pushed is likely to indicate an organ or body part that needs attention. The practitioner will begin by seeking to restore the client’s overall system to balance. This can be done in a number of ways, most usually by holding specific energy points on the client’s head or neck. massaging neurolymphatic points mainly on the front and back of the torso, holding energy points, working with the meridians, using Bach Flower remedies, colour or sound. Once the practitioner is satisfied that the client is balanced, the practitioner will then begin to check for physical and mental blockages, food allergies and so on. What is it good for?Kinesiology can be used for all kinds of physical, mental and emotional problems including pain; sports injuries; asthma and other problems involving the respiratory system; eczema and other skin disorders; headaches and migraine; menopausal problems; irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue; attention deficit disorder; panic attacks; depression; and insomnia. What are the benefits?Because ki

Sports massage helped with general stiffnessCathy, UK, 21 07 15

I'm a parkrunner - in the 'trying to be more active' category - and have been going for a year or so to Philly at Sudio57 for sports massage and for help with general muscle stiffness, strains and rehabilitation. The clinic has distinctly sporty leanings but still welcoming and encouraging to all comers! Philly is excellent: knowledgeable, thorough, and has helped me with a number of issues now. I would, and do, recommend her.

Feel as good as newMathew, UK, 18 07 15

I went to the Sayer clinic suffering with Coccyx pain which made sitting down very un-comfortable at at times near impossible, after a few treatments I noticed a positive difference and now having had around eight treatments I feel almost as good as new and have been able to do things I couldn't before. If you are suffering with any similar Coccyx pain I cannot recommend them highly enough, just try them, you won't regret it. I chose the clinic after doing my own internet research and finding they were recommended as being specialists in the field of Coccyx pain. From my first visit onwards they are always friendly and helpful and at all times professional.
