Just back home from Prague. I had livelong astigmatism and had recently developed cataracts. I was afraid of not being able to drive so after considering a few quotes I settled for Refrakcni Centrum. I m amazed that I did because I would say it easily has to be among the top clinics for eye surgery. Dr Novak is nothing short of a magician and the care team is second to none. I wasn't anxious or nervous but I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. Absolutely pain free. The cost was less than a third of what I would have paid here in Scotland. So if you have such eye problems and are considering surgery contact this clinic. They are superb as are the results. Couldn't wish for better.

His representive gives full details of procedure so it is clear on what to expect and is extremely helpful Every detail of my trip to Antalya was well executed.My pick up and transfer to Hotel was excellent. My stay at Hotel was excellent. Pick up for consultation and service at clinics excellent. Dr.Bahadir was thorough and extensive Surgery performed with minimal pain. After new lense fitted eye sight and vision improved 100 percent. Follow up with Dr Bahadir before leave Antalya was excellent. I would recomend this treatment to all people suffering with cataract problem

It was a great pleasure to meet Dr Ebru. She is a not only a wonderful ophthalmologist but also a compassionate and happy soul. She took great care and very professionally performed cataract surgery on my both eyes. She is very dedicated to her work and patients and answered every concern in detail before surgery. After surgery, she examined my eyes couple of times and was always available to answer any questions. She was genuinely interested in my health and well-being. Trifocal Lens Replacement (LASIK) I am not a person who normally writes reviews but I feel so strongly about the hugely positive experience from start to finish. First contact was communicating via WhatsApp with Burak. I could sense straight away how genuine he was from the first few messages and was very informative and knowledgeable. He greeted me at the clinic and again it was evident that he is an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and understood exactly what was happening. We actually ended up having quite a lot in common but he is the type of man that has amazing customer care skills and will ensure all patients are at ease. The customer care from the whole team is absolutely top class from the drivers, all the nurses, the admin staff, obviously Burak and the incredible surgeon Dr Eser Catal. Dr Eser and his team completed the surgery with amazing efficiency and extraordinary skills and I was incredibly relaxed and comfortable the whole time which was not very long. The attention to detail in the theatre was second to none. Absolutely nothing is left to chance and they are incredibly disciplined about cleanliness and procedural rules. Dr Eser is obviously and incredible surgeon but he also has an amazing, caring nature and you feel completely at ease and confident in his care. Immediately after the procedure I wore sun glasses to protect my eyes from the light which is standard. Burak then escorted me from the theatre to the pharmacy next door to organise eye drops and wrote on the boxes a simplified order to apply them 1L and 1R 2L and 2R etc. He escorted me to the waiting VIP transfer waiting and off I went back to my hotel with a pair of glasses in my right hand which were now about as useful as an ashtray on a rollercoaster and in my left hand my mobile phone which I was reading with absolute ease which is absolutely life changing. I was close to tears. Burak with military precision organised a further 2 quick follow up check up appointments and again they check everything is all good. Again, firstly I cannot overemphasise the level of customer care and professionalism I personally received from the whole team. Secondly, the price of this procedure at Orbit is fantastic compared to the UK. It was actually the best priced in Antalya also as I compared various clinics. I organised this around a 2 week family holiday along with some dental work with ease. Thirdly and most importantly, as a 47 year old. man that has worn glasses since I was 16 years old, this has been a life changing experience and I am sitting here reading and wring this review with 20/20 vision. The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!

So far, so good! Dr. Glykeriou knows what he’s doing. He has ascertained the problem, and I’m positive has prescribed the appropriate medication. Very impressed!!
