I offer psychotherapy, counselling, healing (Brennan Healing Science & Quantum Touch) and life coaching consultations in Shankill, South Dublin and in Aughrim, Co Wicklow.  I am psychotherapist and counsellor and a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP).  I have also studied for 2 years in a therapeutic practice called “psycho-energetics” which is a form of therapy that uses mindfulness, presence and energy to access deep inner knowledge and healing.   I am a graduate of the Brennan School of Healing Europe (Austria and Germany, Grad BBSHE 2007) having completed a 4 year healership training with Barbara Ann Brennan, a world renowned healer and author of best selling books on energy healing “Hands of Light” and “Light Emerging”.  I am also a qualified Quantum Touch practitioner and hold a diploma in life, business and executive coaching (grad Coach Institute of Ireland 2006). I have a special interest in the area of authentic relationships and communication and in following this interest have undertaken training in Non-Violent Communication and draw on its principles in my work.

My clinic is located in my own home. I also now see clients in a number of other venues.Venue no 2 is Studio 3 Monread avenue  Naas.Venue no 3 is McCauley Place{old convent ,Naas} and the final venue is 3 Mullally Grove, Cappamore, Co. Limerick on alternate weekends.Clients are welcomed openly and warmly.. The case history taking lasts for approximately an hour and a half as I aim to get a comprehensive view of the problem the person comes to me with. Having a background in naturopathy as well as herbal medicine, I am very interested in  an individual's nutritional requirements being adequately met. As a naturopath,  I am  concerned about  the whole picture of health and getting to the root of a particular imbalance.I hope to leave no stone unturned in my efforts to do so.Diet and lifestyle are often casualties of our ongoing engagement with a very busy world. Both will be assessed  and certain modifications  where possible will be recommended. I was always interested in reflexology  and its benefits for the body, mind and spirit, so I trained with the Beaumount institute in Dublin in 1998. Afterwards I started to treat family, friends and clients on a part-time basis and was astonished and fascinated by the excellent results.  In 2007 I discovered the Dorn Method and Breuss massage and subsequently trained in that area with Rückgrad e.v. (Institute) in Germany. Recently I have  completed  the advanced Dorn Method Therapy course in the UK Dorn Method Centre with Thomas Zudrell. As a result of the strong benefits that I personally gained from the Dorn Method, I decided to offer it as part of my professional practice. I am impressed by the fast and effective way in which the Dorn Method helps to relieve ailments and by the self-help exercises that empower the clients.   Our bodies are great self healers and it is just wonderful to have techniques that encourage our own healing forces so effectively.

I firmly believe that everybody should be able to make the most of their health.  Sometimes we need help to do this. Acupuncture worked for me. It enabled me to take control of my health, to become healthy and stay healthy. It can do the same for you. In my Dun Laoghaire clinic I use the analytical methods of Chinese Medicine to make a diagnosis. This diagnosis allows me to tailor an individual treatment programme specifically for you. In this way we will be able to improve your health and then for you to stay healthy. In the Dun Laoghaire clinic, I use an integrated approach to treatment using acupuncture, herbs, dietary and lifestyle advice. This allows me to treat the whole person: physically, mentally and emotionally.  It ensures that all aspects of the treatment work together to improve your health and then to keep you healthy.
