My clinic is located in my own home. I also now see clients in a number of other venues.Venue no 2 is Studio 3 Monread avenue  Naas.Venue no 3 is McCauley Place{old convent ,Naas} and the final venue is 3 Mullally Grove, Cappamore, Co. Limerick on alternate weekends.Clients are welcomed openly and warmly.. The case history taking lasts for approximately an hour and a half as I aim to get a comprehensive view of the problem the person comes to me with. Having a background in naturopathy as well as herbal medicine, I am very interested in  an individual's nutritional requirements being adequately met. As a naturopath,  I am  concerned about  the whole picture of health and getting to the root of a particular imbalance.I hope to leave no stone unturned in my efforts to do so.Diet and lifestyle are often casualties of our ongoing engagement with a very busy world. Both will be assessed  and certain modifications  where possible will be recommended. Rome wasn't built in a day and this may take time ,but it equally took time to develop a  lack of equilibrium in the body and even in the  mind ."Festina lente"(Hasten slowly) is the latin motto.I may also as part of a long term treatment plan   recommend   food supplements in addition to dietary changes to enhance and speed up overall healing. Taking the individual's unique set of symptoms into account (and we are all indeed unique, physically ,emotionally, mentally spiritually ,I will put  together a combination of herbs in a specially tailored formula.Hopefully people will leave with a feeling of really being listened to  and a sense that I am contactable if they have any further queries round taking the  herbs(which I have put together in  such a way as to address their specific needs) or simply forgot to ask me something.They are very welcome to return for a follow on consultation at any time and this may indeed be advisable in many cases.I really want  my clients to go away after a consultation feeling questions have been answered and they are more in charge of their own health.
