Core Pilates was established in 2007.  We teach Pilates Mat classes and Reformer 1-2-1 Sessions. We also specialise in Pre natal classes dealing with SPD.  We have highly qualified Instructors who teach a variety of classes and levels using different pilates props.  We also do a lot of outsource work in venues such as Croke Park and Beaumont Hospital.   We work with a lot of Clients with back issues as strengthening their core is one of the best ways of taking pressure off the back and changing posture. The Studio is small and therefore classes are limited to 11 per class.  This ensures all clients are closely watched and receive a lot of attention. 

1 on 1 yoga therapy and/or life coaching sessions.Qualified 500hr Yti Diploma certified yoga instructor. Restorative , mindful, relaxing and therapeutic. Gentle Hatha sequence and restorative postures. Qualified Diploma certified Life Coach.
