I was suffering from Vertigo and it was really starting to impact on my day to day life in a very real way. I was desperate to find some solution and my brother suggested trying a Chiropractic session with Dr Maureen. It was the best advice as Maureen has helped me get back on track and her care and concern are second to none. As long as I could remember, I was afraid of speaking in front of people, asking strangers anything or starting a conversation with a person that attacked me. My Hypnotherapist relaxed me during his initial session and showed me how to conquer my circle of confidence and extend it to wherever I have to be and want to go. Today, after only 6 sessions, I deliver in-house training, provide initial training courses to our company's new customers, and I got my first relationship on a night out with colleagues.

I go to Iwona to get a full body massage. I have a problem with my neck and shoulder. So I decided I would get reflexology this time from her. She explains the treatment in relation to reflexology, but also works in a holistic way to provide an enjoyable /relaxing /healing experience. She is very passionate about what she can offer her clients. I wasn't sleeping great and I had a great sleep after my treatment. I am looking forward to my next treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Iwona to others who are open to find ways of helping improve their health and wellbeing.
