Reiki is  a most relaxing  healing holistic therapy. It is  a hands-on treatment that conducts  universal Life Force  energy to the client, via  the  7 chakra energy  centres in  our body.

Bowen is a gentle   hands on therapy  that uses gentle rolling movements to stimulate the body to self  heal.  Fantastic for  ailments, pains and conditions.

Acces BArs use 32 points on the head to  dissolve  old  attitudes, pre-conceptions and inherited viewpoints. Great for kickstarting  a new phase of life  or career.
