One of the best decisions that I made in my life was going all the way from US to Turkey, Istanbul in this beautiful Hospital with very professional, nice, friendly doctors and staff and made my very bad teeth change to beautiful healthy teeth with unbelievable low cost, from the day you get in Airport they taking care of you until last day in Istanbul. Now, I can eat food easily without pain and smile all the time because I have very beautiful teeth. All dentist doing great job, owner is helping for providing Hotel and all you need, Sara was my translator, she is incredible helper , professional and very sweet, everybody so nice. I am very happy that I made that decision. Miss all of them.

I have recently returned from having a gastric sleeve with Turkeyana clinic/hospital Istanbul, Turkey. I want to stress I have not been paid for this review or even asked by them to write one, but I felt I had to share my excellent experience for those who were probably just as confused as I was when starting out on this journey. I traveled alone which was a first for me and the experience was completely well planned with clear instructions. The coordinator was amazing and so was my airport pick up drivers and meet and greets. They took any stress away for me. On arrival the hospital was very modern, very clean and I was met with smiles of reassurance from two translator's that made my whole experience the best.

Promed was recommended by my friends who had already gotten hair transplants with Promed and they all were very happy and satisfied, looking at their results. I made up my mind and went to Promed, It was a wonderful time seeking treatment there, the medical consultant Elias was so helpful. The surgical team were so polite and did a great job professionally, excellent place with excellent and polite staff. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

(Date of the operation: 19/09/2019) Overall very happy with the experience. I am happy with results so far (1 month after the operation). I totally recommend Dr Resul. I have a few observations regarding the nurses but other than that everything was perfect. I would rate my experience as a 4/5. Below are my reviews regarding the whole process: Things I liked: 1) Fikret was very nice and helpful. 2) Dr Yaman was very good and professional (which is the most important aspect). 3) Dr Yaman brother (responsible for the hair extraction) was also very good and professional. Things I did not like: 1) nurses: some of them were helpful and professional, others were not, see below: a) some of them put their welfare ahead of the patient's, in this case, me, e.g., I was feeling very cold and I asked to control the room temperature twice but they ignored my needs and they had me freezing for many hours until I asked for a blanket. b) One of the nurses was causing me a lot of pain during the anaesthetic, and she was very annoyed when I showed signs of uncomfortableness. At some point, I had to stop her from touching my hair and asked for Fikret to come along. c) Two of the nurses were having a cold, and they were coughing during the operation. d) Most of the nurse staff cannot speak English which makes it hard to communicate. 2) Short power cuts in the building occurred multiple times.
