Hello, My experience was great. It was simple and easy to set up an appointment, they booked the a 5-star hotel also provided VIP transportation to and from the hotel, clinic and airport. Day of the procedure they took the time to explain to me everything even the smallest parts of the procedure making me feel comfortable and understanding what to expect. It was for the most part painless except for the anesthesia shots, which as explained earlier would be a couple of sharp pinches. After that, it was so quiet and comfortable I took naps over the next 6-7 hours. The entire staff was very nice and professional ready to answer any questions before, during and after the procedure which I found very helpful.

I felt very much at home; the staff was very warm and welcoming, an unforgettable experience. What I appreciated the most, besides professionalism, was something very rare, namely the calmness of the staff, the attention, whatever I asked, I was given answers at any time of the day or night, I have never been so well received and so nicely treated anywhere as at the best self club. I felt as if I had known the people at the clinic for years even though it was my first time.

Good end-to-end care from Dr Cinik Istanbul. Pricing was reasonable and communications pre-booking were prompt and informative. Two of me friends and I booked and travelled together for treatment. Pre-op was good - our meeting with Dr Cinik himself was brief, but I expected this. The techs perform the procedure and when you think about it, they have the hands-on experience. The procedure itself was never going to be pleasurable but pain/discomfort was manageable and I slept through most of it! I’d describe the service and the process itself as efficient and safe. Remote after care has been good and Kubra has been very attentive and responsive. I visited Istanbul again a few months ago and had a session of P R P, which was arranged easily. (Alhamdulillah) I have had a good outcome so far and after the inevitable ‘ugly duckling’ phase, I am enjoying having a decent head of hair again. I’ve had many compliments about my appearance and have let my hair grow out a bit recently so I can sweep it back.
