I recently had Vaser liposuction a have to say that I'm very happy with the results. The team were very friendly and answered all the questions I had to the full. or me, it was very difficult to chose the right clinic. There are many HT(Hairtransplant) provider. So I searched in the Internet, Instagram, Google, Review Sites for the "best" clinic. I wrote to a lot of clinics - instagram/whatsapp/fb/email and sent them my photos of the hairs. (front, back, top, video) I asked them about the price, situation of my hairs, who does operate and many more questions. Some were answering, a lot not. (or it took like 5 Weeks, a joke :-)) After they told me about the situation of my hairs and the price, I asked many more questions. (transfer, costs, hotel, operation, flight, medicaments, duration of the op, grafts, pre-op, post-op, airport, Istanbul, pictures of other patients, how to take care of the hairs, success rate, risks, doctor) Many clinics needed like 2-5 days per answer, really exhausting, other clinics did not answer. Some of them looked like they only want money and patients, just money focusing. Thats not what I want. If you google HT you will see many "Top-Results" .. I dont want to talk bad about them, but if you look closer u will see, they are only looking for maximum profit and money, the human/person doesnt matter, they only want your money. Operations done by the assistents and like 10-20 people per day, thats like a supermarket. So I looked for another one. So I came across the Suzermed Clinic, at first I did not want to the the operation there. Because I found no reviews, pictures, facebook, instagram .. nearly nothing. And they were also not so expensive like others - so I thought they only offer cheap/bad HT's. But I talked/wrote with them.. I asked them the same questions, my concers, my problems.. And he always replied nice, and competent.. yeah I had a loft of questions, and while i were chatting with them, the questions became more and more. After they answered all my questions, I decided to to with them, even if I was not 100% sure. But the other clinics were not not trustfully enough. I booked the flight 3 Months later from germany to istanbul. I paid like 300€ for 2 flights (outward/return flight). You can save a lot of money if you book earlier! >>fast forward I took the flight from Germany to Istanbul (2h) and arrived in istanbul at 10PM. I should go to the healthpoint in the airport to meet the guys. I met the drive, and he took me to the hotel "Holiday Inn Kadikoy". The hotelroom was really nice and luxurious so I could sleep very well. The next day, the driver picked me up and we drived to the hospital. Acıbadem is a really nice hotel, very very luxurious and modern, I was'nt really expecting this. Its really outstanding in the area, because its so modern that it does not fit into the enviroment in comparison to the the other buildings. I went in, and met "Hasan", he was my contact person the whole time. We were talking a bit and heading to the doctor. I showed him my hairs, talked a bit about my hairs, my parents, my expectations. The next step was Operation.. We went the operation room, and the doctor shaved my head > bald head. Then he painted my new hairline on the head and we talked about. After this the operation started, they cut my new holes in the head (holes for the hairs), removed my hairs from the back and planted the hairs from the back into the new holes on my head. This took like 10/11 hours with breaks for toilet, food. Then they gave me the creme and medicaments, pillow with more informations what to do. After the 11 hours, they drove me back to the hotel where I could sleep. The next Day I was picked up again by the driver and we drove to the hospital. So they removed the bandage and washed my head and the doctor examined the head and everything was great. At home I did my daily routin with washing and creming and everything went fine, after 10days the bloody crust was gone. Now I write all the time with the clinic and send photos so I can be sure everything is fine. I can definitely recommend this clinic, they are certificated, high standards, modern and luxurious. I mean, everything from the start to the end was so perfect. When I arrived at the airport, the driver was there for me and he had drinks and snacks ready for me, and he always asked me if I needed something. The hotel, I mean u can’t put a finger on it, because it was 10/10. I’ve never been in a hotel and had that much space and so many rooms for myself. When I went to the clinic for the first day, everybody took good care of me, and they told me about the procedure several times, and if I had any questions or if I didn’t understand anything, they would tell me again. The surgery didn’t hurt, and I didn’t feel any pain. Sometimes u will be able to feel a needle or 2, but then u just tell them about it, and then they will give u some local anaesthesia, and u won’t feel any pain after that. You will get a break to eat some food, get some water and go to the bathroom if needed. After the surgery, I went back to the hotel, and honestly, I didn’t feel any pain. The only thing and the hardest part is sleeping, u are only allowed to sleep on your back for the first 10 days, so u will only feel back pain, but some massage will do the job. The 2nd day at the clinic was fine, it only took 20 minutes and again, at the moment I entered the clinic, everyone was there for me and asked me if I needed something, and that’s just so generous, and I’m so thankful for that. My 3rd and last day at the clinic was the washing day. I arrived again with the driver and had a seat. The workers came directly and asked if I needed some water or anything else. After 10 minutes, we went to the washing room and applied some lotion on my head and then waited 30 minutes to wash it off. After 30 minutes, we washed it off and applied shampoo and washed it of, and then we applied some serum. After that, we had a seat in the lounge and talked about the next couple of months and what I should do, which vitamins I should take, how to apply all the lotion, etc. Now I’m heading back to the airport, If u ever consider making a hair transplant, then don’t think about it twice, Just come to this clinic and they will take good care of u, believe me.

He provided information and prices without making me feel pressured. Quoted prices are typically only good for about 1-2 weeks with any agency. Once you decide you want their service it’s locked in for whenever you plan to have your procedure. ClinicExperts pricing fell in the midrange of other quotes and had good availability of dates for when I wanted. I reviewed actual client photos and reviews again then settled on Clinic Experts as my final choice. Mo gave prices and available dates quickly. Sent patient photos, clips, and links for my procedures so I could see the surgeon's work in particular. Once we decided on everything, Mo reserved my surgical date and hotel as part of the package. I sent my flight information and he arranged all transportation. What really made all the difference was that Mo checked in on me and established a rapport pre-op. We started a countdown, helped keep my head on straight. He was incredibly thoughtful and supportive of this as mental and physical process. I felt we became friends so when I arrived I was very comfortable thinking someone was there for me. I can’t imagine how it would have felt without that bond (professional but powerfully reassuring). As an American living in Portugal he arranged an English interpreter at the hospital. I did hear a bit of Portugese being spoken as well. They have someone who speaks any language a client may need. Without me asking Mo made requests and arrangements for me even while I was in the hospital. I forgot to pack my wall charger for my phone. He reached out to staff on my behalf and the nurses collected my devices to recharge at the desk whenever I looked pathetic holding it with the cord, smh. I didn’t feel judged or scalded for something I knew was a big miss on my part. Talk about the extra mile. I hoped the hotel would have USB ports but if not Mo was on standby to have someone get a charger for me. Fortunately, the hotel had a small store inside and I was able to purchase a charger under $6 but it felt good having Mo in the wings at all times. Even after the move to the hotel, Mo was part of a daily routine. He checked in and would remind me of doctors orders and instructions, like water and walking. He was reassuring of the stages of recovery and supportive of any concern I expressed. He was on standby for the entire day of the journey home and two weeks post-op Mo still checks in randomly to remind me of milestones and numerous standing orders and recommendations. My overall experience with ClinicExperts is good thus far but it is an understatement to say my experience with Mo is exceptional.

I was last year with Dr. Özmen for hair implantation / Istanbul. She makes a very good job and has a top service. I'm very very happy. I have long hair 1 year later.
