I just want to put my appreciation in writing. I tried hard to stress out about pretty much anything but they wouldn’t let me :) You just feel safe and that everything is under control. Had my smoothie while waiting in the clinic, had my hair transplant and was driven to my nice hotel room. Very affordable price point too.

When I travelled to Istanbul to get my hair transplant and dental bridge treatment, I told Heva Clinic that what I needed was reliable transportation and a comfortable hotel. After all, I would be around for a week and did not want to have anything else on my mind besides getting my surgeries done. They provided exactly that. I had a driver waiting at the airport in a not-so-obvious way. He helped me get to my hotel and made sure I had checked in well before leaving. And the next day, he came to pick me up even before time and made sure I got to the clinic okay. This trend continued the entire time I was there. I really enjoyed having people be so thoughtful about my safety and comfort. Even my dentist, surgeons and the nurses were the same way, and I cannot get over just how hospitable they all were.

From a consultation to post-operation follow-up, the whole process was smooth and transparent. I had a payment issue due to my bank but we sorted it out. The medical team explained every step clearly before and during the operation. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was already losing all the hair on my sides in my 20s which was pretty annoying. My dad’s completely bald at his 40s. I said I won’t take that, saved my money and Heva clinic saved my hair. Yes, hair can be brought back. My doctor says Let’s see how you go but likely there’ll be a second one in 5 - 10 years. They also told me that they could handle everything on my behalf, and I agreed, as this was easier for me, as this was my first time in Turkey. I had someone with me during all of my appointments who would explain what we were doing each day. Most times, I had my rep, Brandon in contact with me, who was just amazing. The receptionist was also very warm and would always make sure I was comfortable. It was summer, so I appreciated how cool the clinic was and the fact that they also gave me a cool drink after each appointment. And during all my follow-up appointments, the doctor would assess how well I was healing and would encourage me to ask questions about my expectations. So, as much as I travelled alone, I never once felt like I was in it alone. It really made a difference.

After experiencing their work, I can confidently state that Heva Clinic is one of the best clinics for hair transplants. I have always had dense hair, but I started dealing with hair loss in the last 5 years, yet we do not have hair loss in our family. Naturally, I was worried, and I reached out to Heva to help me get this under control. They recommended the FUE hair transplant, which they had successfully done on many people with my hair loss pattern. The surgeon was very detailed in his explanation and assured me that this would help me achieve the density I wanted. The clinic proceeded to arrange everything for my stay, as I would be flying in from another continent. They booked the airport transfers and got me a suite in a luxurious hotel so that I could focus all my energy on my recovery. The surgeon’s work was very perfect, and I could tell that he was passionate about what he was doing. And the results pretty much speak for themselves, as my hair is growing back fast, and the donor area remains undamaged, as promised by the surgeon. It was truly a world-class experience, and I can see why this clinic has such a huge following.

I wish more people talked about female pattern hair loss so that we would know we were not alone. Since I started losing my hair in my early thirties, I felt very self-conscious and had no idea what to do, as none of the oils and treatments were working. Fortunately for me, all my research led me to Heva, and I was able to talk to their doctors. They were very kind and reassuring, and they explained the causes of hair loss and the various treatments that were available for each case. I had been going through a lot of anxiety, and it was nice to hear that I was not alone. They even showed me pictures of other women who had been through hair transplants, and I began to feel okay with the idea. Come the time of the procedure, I was very anxious because I did not want to feel pain and was not sure I could be calm for 5+ hours. The nurses soothed me a lot and monitored me just before I was sedated. When I woke up, the hair transplant was complete, and I remember the nurses making sure I was feeling okay. Later on, they helped me get home by arranging transport with the clinic’s driver. They were also very attentive in the days that followed and made it clear that it was okay for me to contact them even between my follow-up appointments. I cannot describe just how safe I felt under their care and cannot thank them enough for being so kind to me at a time that I needed it the most.

Many people choose Turkey for hair transplant simply because they are more experienced. The hard task is to choose the clinic there :) I choose Heva Clinic for my unshaven hair transplant as I saw many of their great results on YouTube and Instagram. They did my procedure in one session, around 7 hours. I got my full front and middle covered. I think it was around 2700 grafts. On the second day I had a free dental check-up and quick dental cleaning at a very fair price. Both procedures were super smooth and I appreciated everyone assisting me. When I went back home even my family was shocked and it was difficult to explain how it’s possible.

Heva Clinic has been fantastic from the online consultation to the end of my healing process. My consultant Bryan was always available for me and answered all my questions. I was worried about overharvesting because I saw many bad cases from other clinics. That's why I wanted to have my operation at a reputable clinic and get a conservative number of grafts & planning of 3200 grafts. My pain threshold is low, so I got sedation as well.

Their medical team was amazing, from the medical director, Yasin to my head surgeon, Seda, and many technicians who helped them were all professional. It's been more than a year since my surgery and my results has been unreal. I also love that the donors' looks are untouched.

I need to add that I appreciate the effort of the aftercare team who answered my specific questions via their app and had video chats every month.

I had Hollywood smile makeover surgery and hair transplant surgery done approximately 8 months ago at Heva Clinic. My experience was outstanding. It starts from the hospitality of Turkish people in general, everywhere on top of that, staying 7 days in two beautiful hotels ( all inclusive by Heva) in the beautiful city of Istanbul, I felt like I was on vacation. I would like to thank my intelligent, very knowledgeable consultant, Bryan yeni numara, for organising everything along with his sharp and hard-working translators and very skilful drivers, who made me feel like I was home. Although I forgot my phone in Canada before my flight, it didn't affect anything because Bryan organised an approach to my situation. Also, I want to say thank you to my genius dentist, Ayse. I strongly recommend Heva clinic for everyone who suffers from hair loss and anyone who wants to have a beautiful smile. They are excellent, my 7-day experience in Istanbul was transformative and therapeutic. I never ever leave reviews for anything, but for Heva, I had to make an exception.
