Truth be told, Heva Clinic was not the only hair transplant clinic I contacted. I must have talked to at least 10 clinics before. The previous clinics were overly optimistic about the deliverables, and they promised me a successful hair transplant even before assessing me well or at all. Heva, on the other hand, were very careful. They had me submit pictures and videos to the surgical review team, and we also had a one-on-one virtual call to discuss my hair loss pattern before they recommended the FUE hair transplant. They were also very clear on the success rates, donor area health and what role I would play in ensuring the grafts survived, and the realistic recovery timeline. I chose them for this honesty because there is nothing as bad as building castles in the air only to have them crashed by the outcome. Keep up this transparency!

I had around 3500 grafts transplanted in 6 hours. My first night was hard since I couldn't sleep well, but there was no serious pain. It was just jetlag and swelling. Once I got back home, I followed the instructions the coordinator explained and used the Heva aftercare app. Overall, I had zero problems during the recovery. Good job!

This was my 3rd hair transplant but my first with Heva Clinic. My first two procedures were elsewhere in Europe and they left me with poor density and an unnatural look. I was hesitant to try again but the reviews and results of Heva's corrective procedures convinced me. They focused on repairing my existing hairline and adding density with 2300 grafts. Had my smoothie while waiting in the clinic, had my hair transplant and was driven to my nice hotel room. Very affordable price point too.

When I travelled to Istanbul to get my hair transplant and dental bridge treatment, I told Heva Clinic that what I needed was reliable transportation and a comfortable hotel. After all, I would be around for a week and did not want to have anything else on my mind besides getting my surgeries done. They provided exactly that. I had a driver waiting at the airport in a not-so-obvious way. He helped me get to my hotel and made sure I had checked in well before leaving. And the next day, he came to pick me up even before time and made sure I got to the clinic okay. This trend continued the entire time I was there. I really enjoyed having people be so thoughtful about my safety and comfort. Even my dentist, surgeons and the nurses were the same way, and I cannot get over just how hospitable they all were.

From a consultation to post-operation follow-up, the whole process was smooth and transparent. I had a payment issue due to my bank but we sorted it out. The medical team explained every step clearly before and during the operation. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I was already losing all the hair on my sides in my 20s which was pretty annoying. My dad’s completely bald at his 40s. I said I won’t take that, saved my money and Heva clinic saved my hair. Yes, hair can be brought back. My doctor says Let’s see how you go but likely there’ll be a second one in 5 - 10 years. It’s the gene pattern, nothing I can do about it, so I’ll just have as many hair transplants as necessary to max up on hair. I travelled alone to Istanbul to get my FUE hair transplant. Since this was my first solo international trip, I was not sure what to expect, but the Heva team more than met my expectations. I am a natural planner, so I wanted to know everything, from who would pick me up to where I would stay to the surgery’s timeline and aftercare. The team provided me with all of this information. They also told me that they could handle everything on my behalf, and I agreed, as this was easier for me, as this was my first time in Turkey. I had someone with me during all of my appointments who would explain what we were doing each day. Most times, I had my rep, Brandon in contact with me, who was just amazing. The receptionist was also very warm and would always make sure I was comfortable. It was summer, so I appreciated how cool the clinic was and the fact that they also gave me a cool drink after each appointment. And during all my follow-up appointments, the doctor would assess how well I was healing and would encourage me to ask questions about my expectations. So, as much as I travelled alone, I never once felt like I was in it alone. It really made a difference.
