After years of thinking I finally decided to get a hair transplant on April 6th this year at Smile Hair Clinic. It was one of my best decisions ever. Before arriving in Istanbul I had some doubts about some things, but when I got there the doctors, nurses, case manager Alex and everybody made me overcome my fears and actually made my surgery feel less like a painful medical procedure and more like an unusual and unexpected vacation. Thumbs up especially for Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov, who is not only a very fun person but regarding medicine and hair transplant he is a, if I may say so, a "walking encyclopedia". The surgery itself was way less painful than expected and now it's already 6 days behind me and my recovery is going well. Due also to Alex and the team, who is guiding me through this process via Whatsapp. Thank you all very much, smiling people from Smile Hair Clinic!

I went to Hairpol to do a consultation for my skin. Aisha, their regional sales manager, had communicated with me and explained to me everything I needed to know. She helped me with all the relevant details and proceeded to direct me to Dr. Yaprak. I was met with Dr. Yaprak who was very professional and described exactly what I needed. She was very professional and explained everything to me in details + prescribed what needed to be done. I also met with Dr. Murat who was very professional, gave me his time and showed genuine care for my case. Described the next step forward to proceed with my hair transplant procedure and the treatments. Very satisfied with their services, and their receptionist Bushra is amazing! So helpful, friendly and kind. Overall very positive experience.

This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)
