We have been trying to conceive for several years and went through a different type of treatments and got pregnant but miscarried. We learned about BTC online and decided to give it a try. We are from the US. We never really heard of Ukraine and not sure about how it's going to be. But decided to just go with it. We went there for an initial consultation, we hoped to see Anastasia but know that she's a really busy person. We dealt with Yaryna, Oksana, Konstantin along with several other staff. Both Hotel, taxi svc and all were so wonderful. I don't think we will get that much nice treatment here. We went through with treatment there and got blessed with a Baby Boy now 15months old (we know this is very late.. but we got really busy). We had a standard package and it was very good. Pricing was very transperant.. no hidden costs. One thing we recommend is to purchase all baby clothes/food and other items before going there. We were told that we get everything there and it's only few minutes away but no. We had to walk at least 30-45mins to find shops. Accommodation, food, clinic, staff everyone was extremely good. We were treated with respect. After having Baby we had to stay at least 1 and a half months to get Baby's US passport! They help you step by step by filling out all forms/submission. Hotel staff were wonderful to get all our documents printed and other stuff we needed. We can't wait to go back for our second one. Hope COVID goes away fast.

They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand and continued to keep me informed throughout. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my results just a few hours after the procedure. To add to the excellent service, the gynecologist even phoned me personally to explain the results in simple, easy-to-understand terms. It's rare to find such attentive care. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of a gynecologist; their professionalism and patient-centred approach are truly exceptional.

I did filler for the labia majora and I am satisfied for the result. The doctor is highly professional.

It was a nice experience and went by much faster than I was expecting. I'm glad to have the procedure done and this clinic was reliable and put a lot of care into preventing any complications.
