Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Had a circumcision yesterday (age 57), and was back today for a control visit. Although early days, all is well and have every confidence of a good result. The team at Alara were all very professional and courteous and cannot fault the service.

I’m surprised about all the negative reviews as we have had the best experience ever.. Dr Selim and Sandra have been amazing with us. We did our treatment in the UK and the rest at the clinic. It’s been a relaxing and calm experience.. the team at Jinepol have been extremely supportive and helpful.. we have been blessed with a baby after many years.. all thanks to the team and by the grace of god alhamdulillah. Sandra was amazing she stayed in contact the whole time we were going through our treatment and helped us with all our needs. Dr Selim was honest about all our options, he gave us all the information and help we needed which made things easier for us. I had small pain for the first bit, but after 3 injections of anaesthetic, after 10 minutes the fourth injection and the last one, I did not feel anything, At the time of operation, I did not feel ANYTHING, NOTHING! After stitching, I did not feel any pain, and I could play football, I was so happy. I asked the team joking: Are you doing something there? Because I do not feel anything! They said: we are nearly finished. I said no, it is nice, no pain it is fantastic. When I left I was ready to jump, and dance, with no pain, I am very happy, and I gave them a nice Hug. After 3 days I removed the bandage, no bleeding on the bandage, and no pain!!! I used painkillers on the first and second days. If someone needs a surgical procedure for circumcision? Had a tummy tuck with the lovely Dr Mindaugas Kazanavicius. I felt at ease straight away and have received excelled care by all the staff and nurses at the hospital. I would highly recommend it. And it’s excellent value for money, I doubt I would have got any better in the UK.

I have just had emergency surgery for removal of kidney stones while in crete on holiday. Nick the surgeon was amazing from start to finish. Can't thank him and his Staff enough for helping us through this ordeal. Many grateful thanks
