My wife and I had a wonderful time working with Cyprus IVF Hospital. We had tried multiple IUI procedures in the US (where we are from,) and had no success. When we started to discuss options for IVF, we were not sure we would be able to afford it. In our state, it would have cost us a minimum of $20,000 USD for the procedure. This did not include medication costs or extra hospital fees. After looking into other solutions, we found Cyprus IVF Hospital through a Google Search about IVF treatment abroad. We decided to take a chance on their services - neither of us had ever had any kind of medical treatment outside of the US! But we are both so happy that we put our trust into this fantastic clinic - every member of the staff was kind, and professional, and paid attention to extra details about us. They were supportive of our choice to have a child as a same-sex couple, and they were thrilled when we announced our pregnancy (1/15/23.) It only took one round of IVF! ---------- Our stay in Cyprus was so lovely because of their help. We stayed in a nice hotel that they arranged for us to stay in. They were able to answer many questions we had, including questions about touring the surrounding area. It helped us get acquainted and comfortable with our time there, and also branch out and explore areas we might have otherwise avoided if they hadn't recommended it. I HIGHLY recommend renting a car for your stay. We didn't at first, and we regretted it, because we didn't get to see as many amazing places. Renting cars in Cyprus is cheap, and easy to pick up (even though you drive on the opposite side of the road from how it is in the US!) --------- Cyprus IVF Hospital was also honest with us about what needed to be done in order for our treatment to be as successful as possible. Because my wife has PCOS, we had to split our time at the hospital in two. We had to stay for one month to monitor and extract my wife's eggs, and then we had to return later to implant an embryo. We were reluctant to take two trips, we wanted to save money on airfare. But our doctor promised us this would be more successful, and if we tried to do the implant too early, we would most likely not be successful (which would have been more expensive in the long run.) Trusting their suggestion paid off! ---------- Famagusta is a very fascinating city with ages of history to explore. It might seem a little rough around the edges, but my wife and I felt totally safe walking around there on our own. Bugs can get kind of rough at night, so try not to stay out too late! Also, make sure your passport is 100% up to date. Mine wasn't, and we ran into some bureaucratic trouble at the Cyprus/Northern Cyprus border crossing. But if your passport is up-to-date, you will be totally fine! ---------- Thanks so much to Dr. Serap, Nevzat, Yakut, Nehal, Tina, and everyone else at the clinic! You were all so professional and kind to us and made sure we were always in the loop with new information; you also helped us understand every step of the process and made the whole experience easy and smooth. We are so happy that you were able to make our dream of being parents a reality. LGBTQ+ friends... this was a great place to be. If you are interested, they will do ROPA (Reciprocal IVF/co-maternity.) The ROPA program costs EUR 4,000. You won't regret working with Cyprus IVF Hospital in Famagusta!

It was a nice experience and went by much faster than I was expecting. I'm glad to have the procedure done and this clinic was reliable and put a lot of care into preventing any complications.

Choosing a fertility clinic was an incredibly difficult decision for us, and we’re so grateful we found Ave Fertility. There is a war in Ukraine, but 97% of the time, it’s business as usual. The team’s experience in the fertility and surrogacy space runs incredibly deep. We’re part of WhatsApp communities where intended parents share experiences, and through those conversations, we realised how fortunate we were. Many people experience major difficulties with agencies, but for us, the process with Ave Fertility was remarkably smooth and frictionless. Their network and expertise were outstanding. From legal support to expediting documentation and birth certificates, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We were honestly amazed at how quickly we were able to complete the process and leave Ukraine. Most importantly, after 10 years of trying to have a baby, travelling the world, visiting leading IVF clinics, and searching for answers, it was Ave Fertility that finally helped us achieve our dream of becoming parents. I did consultation and hysteroscopy surgery through Dr Anastasios. He's a good listener, encouraging, kind and very good with his job. Am so glad!! Finally having a doctor that understands and can explain well my concerns of fertility journey here in Greece.
