I had 2 moles removed by Dr O’Connell this weekend. I did my research before choosing this clinic and am so pleased I chose here. The Dr was so helpful from initial enquiry through to treatment and a genuinely lovely man which really helped put me at ease. I had COPD. I went to Egemed Hospital for balloon therapy. A very clean hospital. Thank you very much for all the doctors. I'm very good right now.

I was referred to Mr Hari with a swollen neck/glands. Whilst Mr Hari could not explain my symptoms at that time, he provided considerable reassurance. An initial ultrasound was then arranged. There were two nodules on my thyroid gland which were not abnormal and a few lymph glands were enlarged. During these tests and consultations, I have been diagnosed with membranous nephropathy. Whilst this cannot be confirmed as the reason for my swollen neck glands it seems to be the only real explanation, perhaps stress related. His personal support through this difficult time has been much appreciated and his care and attention have been considerably better than other consultants I have seen.

I visited ‘I Love my ears’ yesterday for the first time. I had previously attended spec savers but felt they were not as knowledgeable. I saw an audiologist called Khurshid. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend people cut out the middleman and go straight to a qualified audiologist at ILME. My Husband now has an appointment next week.
