Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. I do not have the necessary knowledge to know the success of the procedure but it seems very thorough. I have been to this clinic a number of times and it was recommended by Hidden Hearing. On the whole, I am highly satisfied with the procedure of removing all excess ear wax.
I needed my ears cleared of wax Doctor Serdar gave me an appointment within two days . he carried out micro suction and my ears are now clear. Overall the experience was very good however finding his clinic was a little bit difficult. The first taxi driver took us to the wrong clinic.

To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing similar assistance.
I have seen two gps this week regarding my ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics then eventually an ear spray. However, my left ear was still very uncomfortable so I was able to quickly get an appointment to see Donna. I was so shocked when she let me see the inside of my ear on her screen, lots of build-up of skin etc still in there which hadn’t been mentioned by either GP.! Donna used micro suction and told me I must carry on with the spray 3 times a day for a while (GP had been quite blasé about me needing it ). I left Donna, who spent lots of time talking and explaining, feeling very happy and satisfied with the consultation and thorough treatment! Lovely lady too, will recommend her, definitely 🥰
I have a 91-year-old dad with very blocked ears and he could hear nothing. I tried to wash them out but unfortunately I made things worse. I checked the internet for some help but didn’t hold out much hope as today is Sunday but I looked anyway. To my surprise I found the earwax doctor website and he was open - I couldn’t believe it. I called and managed to get an appointment within the hour. I took dad and after a check up to confirm really badly impacted ear wax and after the micro ear wax removal has been completed he could hear again. Everything was explained to us step by step and there were before and after pictures which was great. I cannot praise this service up enough who would have thought that I could get this done in a Sunday and so quickly it’s just amazing. Thank you so much for all of your help and I won’t hesitate to contact again.
