I feel better and better after every treatment

I must start by apologising to Lauren as I left a review for her the other day after my treatment and called her laura. I have just returned and had some more treatment on my upper arm and shoulder. And again I can’t praise her enough, Lauren straight away puts you at ease, she has such a pleasant way. I feel better and better after every treatment so can’t recommend them and especially Lauren.

I was in terrible pain with my shoulder muscle on my right side and saw a lovely lady called Laura. She was absolutely exceptional and just after one visit I can’t tell you the difference. I feel so happy that I went to them after being recommended to them I rang them only today at 2 pm and by 5.30 they had a cancellation and saw me. Already I can start to feel the benefit of Laura's work. Thank you so much I think I might actually sleep tonight after two nights without sleep, AMAZING SERVICE.

After visiting 3 times now I have started to see a big improvement

I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for about 2 years now and when it suddenly got too unbearable I went to see Gary the podiatrist at Attend2Health. He has been treating my foot with laser treatment and using mobilisation techniques to help relieve the pain and help with the healing process. He and his wife are very friendly and easy to talk to. They have given me lots of advice and ways to help myself at home and after visiting 3 times now I have started to see a big improvement. Such a relief!

Ginelle is a friendly and supportive osteopath whose main aim is to help decrease the pain that her patients are experiencing whilst also ensuring that they fully understand the cause of their pain and how the treatment will help them. She promotes osteopathy as an excellent way of treating musculoskeletal and visceral symptoms as well as a method of preventing them from reoccurring and has so far succeeded in helping many people throughout all stages of life.

Originally from Welwyn Garden City, Ashleigh graduated from the prestigious AECC University College in Bournemouth with a first class integrated master’s degree in chiropractic. She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and the British Chiropractic Association and was awarded full membership of the Royal College of Chiropractors in 2019.

Having always been interested in health and fitness from a young age, Ashleigh competed at a county- national level in tennis, swimming, biathlon, middle- distance running and cross country. Ashleigh injured her knee at the age of 16 and struggled to find anyone who could help her until she found chiropractic. The help and support she gained from the profession made her want to study to become a chiropractor herself so she could foreseeably help others who are in pain like she was.

Ashleigh loves treating patients of all ages and uses a combination of techniques including joint manipulation and mobilisation, soft tissue work, dry needling, taping methods and exercise rehabilitation/ stretching and tailors this to every patient she sees.
