Excellent service during the lockdown. You wear a mask, the doctors, nurses and technicians wear masks, but you get seen to and treated with professionalism. I felt like a hypochondriac coming in with a minor injury, but the consultation, x-ray and advice I received put my mind at rest. A great service!

I cannot thank Dorset Private GP enough. I couldn’t get an appointment with my own GP for several weeks and I felt I needed to be seen sooner. I couldn’t have been in better hands. I received a same day appointment, the appointment was on time, and the doctor listened. There was no rush throughout the appointment, the doctor asked relevant questions and was thorough, and professional and made referrals for further testing whilst I was with her. I’m glad I saw the doctor today rather than wait for my own GP in several weeks time as I did need further referrals made. The premises were clean and tidy, the reception staff polite and professional. I would highly recommend this private Gp practice without hesitation. I chose a 20 min appointment £89.00. As a new patient I had to fill in an online form and the reason I wanted the appointment. I found it easier to write the whole reason I wanted to see the doctor as this helped them see, in advance, why you want to see them and then on your visit they can concentrate on you, the patient and examine you. We went for our initial appointment on 6th of may 2020 and found out we are pregnant on 4th of September. We never thought that this would happen and we now have our little miracle baby girl growing inside of me. The staff are amazing and make you feel so special and at ease. My mother has been one of Marcia's patients for years and has worked through the whole series of gut and allergy/intolerance issues with her, issues that the NHS simply isn't equipped to deal with. My Mum is 82 and is in a much better physical position because of Marcia's expertise. We don't have lots of money but it's been worth every penny.

I needed cataract surgery that was affordable. Dr Kumar provided this and so much more. Throughout the experience, I felt as if I was in the hands of a highly professional, caring and skilled surgeon. The surgery was performed under local anaesthesia; not something is usually done in the US. Having now experienced both styles of anaesthesia for this procedure (I had the other eye done in the US years ago with much better health insurance) I can say that two styles of surgery are equally stress-less. The savings factor was large. After calculating all the costs including travel, lodging and meals, I saved over $1000.00. The medical care was excellent and the value is tremendous. The clinic served as a basic office for Dr Kumar. The actual procedure was performed at a nearby speciality hospital (it seem all doctor offices are termed as clinics in India). The facilities are simple but equipped with all that is needed. The staff was very professional and caring. Not all spoke English but arrangements were made prior to my arrival to see that I always had English speaking staff to help me through the process.

Laney is a fantastic nurse, really makes me feel at ease and I no longer dread getting blood tests. Highly recommended.
