Travelling to another country for dental treatment can be a little scary, but from my very first visit I knew I had made the right decision. Everyone made me feel so welcome, from the doorman to the lovely reception staff. They always offered refreshments like tea and drinks while I waited, and before my first appointment they even gave me traditional Vietnamese porridge, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something I'll always remember. A special thank you to Fiona, who looked after me throughout my treatment. She is so kind, patient and caring, and always made sure I understood everything. Having someone who could communicate in English made the whole experience stress-free. Not only did I save thousands of dollars compared to having the same treatment in Australia, but I also got to experience the beautiful culture of Vietnam and enjoy a holiday at the same time. I never imagined getting dental work overseas could become such a memorable and positive experience. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for your professionalism, kindness and exceptional care. The staff communicates well in English and always supports me to feel comfortable during treatment. The cost is also much more reasonable than in my country. I am very satisfied with my new smile.
Organised the visit with a happy smile before leaving Australia, and had four visits. The service I received was exceptional from start to finish. I got a new partial denture with nine teeth for a third of the cost, but above all, the staff and doctors were magnificent would recommend anyone visiting Vietnam and needing dental work to go to Happy 😊 smile
