I'm having root canal treatment and can not thank Tom enough for being highly professional, gentle and thoroughly meticulous. He has explained everything along the way and taken on board any points raised. What a brilliant dentist!! I've been treated over the years by Su, Minesh, and now Tom and I have 100% confidence in all of them. I love the way that they work as teams and have positive and respectful working relationships with the dental nurses. I would also like to thank Josie for her consistently friendly, informative approach - she is an excellent Practice Manager. Marcia is an incredible hygienist, and in fact, everyone I've met over the last 30 years has been exemplary. I have 100% confidence in everyone and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Practice. I have always been scared of the dentist due to previous experiences. I joined the practice several years ago and I can honestly say I have found my Dentist. I explained my fears and she listened. I had an appointment today with Dr Pooja Pandhey. She knows I am very weary but somehow she makes me feel at ease. So comfortable so relaxed. She takes the time to explain and is patient as I get overwhelmed sometimes. Best dentist I have ever had, and would highly recommend Dr Pandhey and the team at Sweetcroft for their excellent care and customer services. I can honestly say I do not dread my routine appointments anymore. Also I think the renovation and the new decoration in the surgery looks great.

My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances.
