Very very good dental practice, the staff were amazing. Initially felt very nervous due to bad previous experiences with other dentists. However, they made me feel very comfortable right from the off and provided information on the treatment options well very clearly without all the complicated jargon. Would 100% recommend them to everyone.

I was recommended to Harpal and his very professional team by another dentist. I have had very extensive work carried out over the past year, this would include bone grafts and numerous implants. I would like to thank all the members of the Elmfield practice, but a special mention to Josie, Chiv and of course Harpal they have all contributed to making my surgeries and treatments that much easier and the results thus far have been exceptional. My Orthodontist Dr Neil Patel is quite impressive. I have had complex treatment that lasted from April 2019 to November 2021. I am delighted with the results - genius work. I must also mention how pleasant he and his dental nurses are and this went a long way in helping me cope with my treatment. I have now referred my son Michael to him who needs to have his previous orthodontist treatment with a different practice reviewed to deal with current circumstances. I have always been scared of the dentist due to previous experiences. I joined the practice several years ago and I can honestly say I have found my Dentist. I explained my fears and she listened. I had an appointment today with Dr Pooja Pandhey. She knows I am very weary but somehow she makes me feel at ease. So comfortable so relaxed. She takes the time to explain and is patient as I get overwhelmed sometimes. Best dentist I have ever had, and would highly recommend Dr Pandhey and the team at Sweetcroft for their excellent care and customer services. I can honestly say I do not dread my routine appointments anymore. Also I think the renovation and the new decoration in the surgery looks great.
