My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Dr Saini spent a great deal of time walking through each aspect of treatment and answering questions. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. She has made sure we're in full communication throughout the process and shown the utmost professionalism and care when dealing with us. I strongly recommend The Smile Suite for its truly wonderful customer service, they go above and beyond what is required to ensure the patient and parents are happy and fully informed.

The staff at reception are nice and friendly, a very caring and gentle dentist that puts you at ease. Had a back tooth pulled and didn't even know he had done it. As for value for money, I've no idea but I was happy to pay.

Apologies for the long story, but it's a worthwhile read. At 9AM on Sunday 13th March I was due to jump in the car and drive down to get married after a 2 year COVID induced delay. At 4AM that morning a loud crack at my mouth woke me up, and to my horror I realised my bridge had fallen out and I now had a tooth sized gap in my smile. At 7AM, after 3 rather stressful hours I called the emergency number on Amsel & Wilkins answering machine which was immediately answered by Nigel. After explaining my emergency, Nigel told me to meet him at 8AM and he'd fix me right up. Nigel opened up the practice just for me, on a Sunday morning, and by 8.45AM I was walking back up Banbury High Street relaxed and stress-free (well as stress-free as you can be before your wedding) with all my teeth in my mouth - rather than in my pocket. By 4.30PM I was tucking into pork belly and crackling like nothing had happened. A huge thank you to Nigel from me and my new wife for saving my smile on our wedding day, as well as from our photographer who you saved from many, many hours of photoshop. Finally, my bestwoman thanks you for the additional story for her speech, one that received plenty of gasps and laughter. From a very appreciative patient for life.

After my last inexperienced private dentist, Mr Bonthuys seemed like a professor of dentistry. He recommended a partial denture of a different design to the inadequate one sold to me elsewhere. After some adjustment, the fit is perfect and comfortable and made from high-quality material. Neither ''super expensive'' or cheap. I wanted it made up to a standard not down to a price. The service was empathetic with clinical excellence. A combination my previous dentist failed to provide.

I am one of those very 'anxious' patients often associated with dental care. My fears stem from memories of the School Dental Service around in the 1950s. I have been with this practice for around 20 years since returning to live in Chesterfield, following several 9recommendations. Christopher and his team help me greatly with my anxieties. They are quietly reassuring and supportive during any treatment. Fortunately Christopher offers conscious sedation if required and I always feel very safe in his care and that of his nurses. I recently attended a for a routine checkup and was extremely confident with all the Covid safety measures in place. This is a superb dental practice with the highest standards and up to date care.

The most amazing dentist and staff. So kind, friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amazing service, taking into account my health conditions all the time and being so patient and understanding. I would strongly advise using this dentist.
