I had a hair transplant done from EsteCapelli in January this year. I am extremely happy with the results. It's way better than what I expected, the only regret I feel is why I didn’t do it before. Turkey was always my first option, but shortlisting from multiple options within Turkey was not easy initially. The reason why I started with EsteCapelli initially was because of the way James provided the initial estimate, while all the other clinics provided generic estimates. EsteCapelli was the cheapest among all. James was completely transparent and always set realistic expectations right from day 1. The hospitality was incredible, luxury commute from airport to hotel and hotel to hospital. Driver was always before time. The hotel was extremely comforting with excellent breakfast. The clinic experience was the best, the entire process was explained in the beginning and the doctors and nurses managed the process calmly.

I had 2 surgeries with Dr. Yenigun He is very good at local anaesthetic, you don't even feel anything while he is operating. He explains and tells every step during operation smoothly. Also, during my recovery time, I didn't have a single complication. He is definitely an exceptional doctor.

Very nice people, keep up the good work. I will come to İstanbul again for another procedure and of course to see the beautiful city.

I would highly recommend this practice!! We were picked up in a private car and taken to our appointments. The staff were very friendly and this is where we met our personal coordinator called Ece. Drinks were offered on arrival and then the forms were filled out. We had scans and xrays then we met with our dentist. Ece explained everything about all the processes and treatments we could expect and our expectations. My partner had his full mouth crowned and I had my teeth whitened.

This was my second visit to Istanbul for treatment, and I’m truly grateful for the care and attention I received. From the support with accommodation to the treatment process and staff care, everything was well-organized and thoughtful. I travelled alone, but I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. One small issue was that the nurse had some difficulty taking blood—perhaps due to inexperience—but aside from that, everything went smoothly. Dr. Muhammed truly deserves all the praise. He was professional, reassuring, and highly skilled. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you for everything!

If there were a 10-star rating, this place would definitely get it. Like everyone else, I thought it was scary and was unsure if it was safe to have surgery abroad. But this feeling subsided as soon as I met the driver who picked me up. Doctor Ersin is truly a surgeon who takes you seriously and takes the time to listen to you. Both before and after the surgery, I felt that I was in safe hands and well taken care of. I have bad experiences waking up after anaesthesia. I took this up and have never had such a pleasant awakening. He has a fantastic team around him, from those who wait for and welcome you at the hospital and help you with everything from paperwork to other things you need and not least are in the hospital with you day and night in case you need anything and follow you to the hotel and ensure that everything is taken care of for your safety. Many thanks to Burak, who was with me all the way and to this young girl who was in the hospital room by my side the whole first night after the operation, whose name I don't remember. I would also like to thank the wonderful nurses Fatma, Eda and Aleyna and others whose names I unfortunately cannot remember now, who visited me morning and evening throughout my stay and always responded immediately to my messages. I want to sincerely thank the team at Globalmedik! I had surgery here to correct a deviated septum, refine the nasal tip, and also underwent otoplasty.
