I travelled to Istanbul with my daughter for her iLASIK surgery at Risus Clinic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt confident and reassured. Violet was absolutely perfect—she was so attentive and personally involved in every step, ensuring that both of us were well taken care of throughout the process. She even attended the surgery to ensure there were no communication issues during the operation. Her kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference.

The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all our questions in detail, which made us feel completely at ease. After my daughter’s successful surgery, I decided to have a consultation for my own vision issues. I’ve been dealing with hypermetropia (farsightedness) for years and had been considering an IOL lens operation. However, Dr. Öncel recommended LASIK surgery instead, and I’m so glad I trusted his expertise.

I booked a dental treatment at Risus Medical, crowning and replacement of old crowns and bridges and new implants. The treatment also included a general overhaul of the teeth. The package included all the services I needed during my stay in Istanbul.

My supervisor was Silvia. It started with the transfer from the airport to the accommodation and ended with the transportation back to the airport. During my stay, all trips to the clinic and back to the hotel were organized by Silvia or carried out by her. She also planned the treatment appointments and was present during the treatments. Risus also provided the necessary medication.

I would describe the dentists' work as very professional. Each one worked only in his specialty and so the treatments were carried out by a total of 3 dentists.

I am very satisfied with the result and can highly recommend Risus Medical.

Risus Medical offers a complete package that includes all services. As a patient, you don't feel left alone in a foreign city with a foreign language. There was always a contact person present or at least available.
