My appointment was on the 6th of November, 2024, and the clinic coordinated everything with the lab. My crown was ready the very next day, and a technician from the lab even came to ensure everything was perfect. I really appreciated this level of client service. The process took only two days to fit my crown. On the third day, I booked a follow-up appointment because I experienced some discomfort and wanted it checked. They accommodated me without any issues at a time that suited me. As for the staff, I had an exceptional doctor who was highly experienced, thorough, and dedicated to achieving the best result. My doctor spoke English fluently, though initially, I didn’t realize this and communicated in Russian with the nurses, who then translated for the doctor. It turned out that the nurses were fluent in Turkish, English, and Russian, so I had no problems understanding everything throughout the process. I can say it’s rare for something to truly impress me, but I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and attentive the staff was. I left the clinic with a strong desire to return. It was a very positive experience—everything was clean, modern, and up to date.
I started my clear aligners treatment here in March. Prior to travelling there, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great prices as well. During my stay there for my initial appointments, the treatment at the clinic and outside the appointment times (if I had any concerns or needed help), Dr Ali Bahadr, Miss Ezgi and the staff were kind and had great quality of customer service and advice. I am back in the UK but still going through the clear aligner treatment and will be returning to this clinic near the end of the year to finish the treatment, get some teeth removed and get my fixed as well as removable retainers.
