I would like to share my experience with the Clinic. Murat has been receiving us and treating us the best way. From the airport transport until the travel back to the airport, he was extremely accommodating and made sure we were feeling comfortable while the medical intervention went according to plan. The stay was simply smooth and natural. The communication channels were quick and easy. Since I didn't speak the language, I had a translator, which made everything even easier. The organisation and time management were top-notch. The hospital is modern and very clean, and the nurses are friendly, professional, and helpful. The doctor was as a doctor should be; professional, informative, and he definitely has healing hands. In my eyes, there is nothing to criticise. This made the time after the operation very bearable, and the positive and supportive staff greatly contributed to the healing process. I was almost sad to leave. The surgery, as well as the wound care, went also smoothly without any complications. So everything was more than satisfactory. A big thank you.
I started my clear aligners treatment here in March. Prior to travelling there, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great prices as well. During my stay there for my initial appointments, the treatment at the clinic and outside the appointment times (if I had any concerns or needed help), Dr Ali Bahadr, Miss Ezgi and the staff were kind and had great quality of customer service and advice. I am back in the UK but still going through the clear aligner treatment and will be returning to this clinic near the end of the year to finish the treatment, get some teeth removed and get my fixed as well as removable retainers. I will update the review at that time.
